Peach Puff Pastry (say that 5 times fast)




Ingredients:
Pilsbury Puff Pastry in the cut-out design (like flowers)
3 peaches 
agave 
raspberries for garnish
cinnamon 
soy icecream

Defrost the Puff Pastry according to package directions
Bake the puff pastry for 5 minutes- leaving the inside intacked

Skin and slice peaches

Remove pastry from the oven and take off the pocket from the inside, leaving a hollowed cup like shape
Fill the puff pastries with a dollop of agave, peach slices neatly fanned out and drizzle with more agave and sprinkle with cinnamon 

Finish baking for an additional 10 minutes

Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving warm
